The organizer pays.
The organizer owns the tier decision for each league. During beta there is no card form, and Free-to-Crew changes are immediate so organizers can test real boundaries with real members.
AI generation, exports, branding, and archive workflows use configured tier limits. Club stays request-access so large or brand-heavy leagues can be reviewed before higher-support entitlements unlock.

04 · Pricing FAQ
The boring part.
Is it really free during beta?
Billing is disabled during beta while the tier boundaries are tested. Roadmap Club features still stay roadmap until the game model is validated.
Who pays — me or my friends?
During beta, nobody enters a card. When billing returns, tier decisions are per league and handled by the organizer.
Can I switch tiers mid-season?
Yes. Free-to-Crew is immediate during beta. Downgrades preserve members and history, but new joins are blocked if the league is over the lower member limit.
What if I run more than one league?
Tiers belong to leagues. Multi-league or large-community support is a Club request-access conversation.
Can I choose Club during beta?
You can request Club access. The request does not change your current tier or unlock Club entitlements until the league is manually approved.
Do you charge per AI generation?
Basic AI theme generation is included with limits. Crew and Club raise those limits and add paid-tier controls such as tone presets and artwork.
